Bluebird Matte Sealer / Undetectable Matt Sealer

Matt Sealer can be used for a number of effects including protecting tattoo transfers and reducing the tack of "bondo" materials.
Can be diluted for airbrush use.

Top Tip: I used it over the edge on a silicone incapsulated piece, instead of stippled thick pros-aide , which despite powdering was 'grabbing ' colour, and it worked extremely well. It sealed was matte and didn't grab the flicked on colour. KB
