Shipping Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE
During the Corona Virus Crisis the below are subject to changes. Please note that deliveries will be contactless for the foreseeable future- please pay special attention the allocated time slot for your delivery.- apologies for any delays and keep safe. Thank you for your patience.
Additionally during the Brexit negotiation any deliveries to an EU country (or any destination in Europe) are subject to possible delays. We will endeavour to notify and update with the developments. If you have any queries or would like to request faster delivery please contact the shop by email or phone.

Domestic UK Shipping
-We will ship all orders on the day they are processed, provided they are submitted before 2pm. 
-Customer will receive a shipping delivery date and time slot from DPD or selected Carrier.
-Orders with flammable or hazardous are subject to possible additional shipping and customs charges of which the customer will be notified. In some cases we cannot ship certain hazardous or flammable goods.
-Any orders made after this will be shipped the next day. (This is subject to change during Corona Virus Lockdown)
-Same day delivery is available to production/studios upon request. Please contact for details.
-Any orders made on a Friday will be delivered Monday, unless the Saturday option is selected by the buyer. States, duties or any tax liable on shipping goods abroad will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 
-Upon collection by carrier/customer the items are under their care, PAM forfeits liability for said items to carrier. PAM will assist customers in tracking said items upon request but will not be held responsible. 
 
EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
-Orders posted internationally are subject to possible customs checks and duties which can delay shipment/add additional costs. Duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer. If the customer/recipient does not wish to pay duties PAM will attempt to have the package returned. Upon return of products, if they are in the condition in which they left, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products alone. 
- Duties can still apply if the consignment has arrived at the country specified for delivery. In this case custom & duty charges can be applied even in the case of a return. These duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
-If you have a preferred courier or would like to arrange a pick-up please notify a member of staff by phone or email.
-Certain hazardous goods can add additional charges for international orders.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Please note, from 1st July 2021 all items shipped from us, will include the stamp ‘delivered duties unpaid’ (DDU), which means for any international customers you may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties & handling fees before receiving the delivery.

Please consider any extra fee’s you may be charged before placing an order with us and once your order has been shipped please regularly check your emails to avoid missing any additional customs information (as some territories only hold items for a small amount of time before returning to us the sender).
